where to catch your plane
Seaplanes need water to depart or arrive on and this sometimes makes locating the seaplane dock a bit tricky. Following are detailed instructions and maps to assist you in finding your destinations.

Directions: We arrive/depart from the “Pat Bay Seaplane base”, just at the end of the Widgeon Dr. Pat Bay is located to the West side of C-YYJ Victoria international airport, approximately 8 minutes from Sidney on Vancouver Island. Please note that the dock we arrive/depart from is behind a locked gate, where your Saltspring Air pilot will meet you for check-in.
When taking a cab: ask the driver to take you to “Patricia Bay Seaplane base, Beside Ocean sciences”.
