2010 GAMES TERMS & CONDITIONS                     Issued March 3rd.

 

Security precautions are still in effect for travel between March 4^th - March 24^th, 2010.

 

At the end of day March 3^rd security screening will be finished at all locations, however we are still reporting to the Olympic Integrated Security Unit and checking identification at check-in until the end of day March 24^th. 

Check In

Please allow yourself extra time to arrive at the terminal. Failure to show for your flight 30 min. prior to departure (20 min. for Outer Gulf Is & Vancouver Island departures ONLY) will result in a 100% no-show fee. There will be NO exceptions. Government issued identification is mandatory (Driver’s license, Passport).

ALL CHECK-IN TIMES ARE MANDATORY & ARE IN EFFECT

MARCH 4^TH - MARCH 24^TH.

Departing Downtown Vancouver.......................Check-in 30 min. prior. 

March 4^th will be our first day back to our regular facility located at the Westin Bayshore Yacht Charter Dock (in front of the hotel on the seawall.) All passengers are to check-in with our dock attendant located in the dock office at the bottom of the ramp.

Departing Vancouver Airport Richmond............Check-in 30 min. prior.

All passengers are to check-in at Seair Terminal with the Salt Spring AIr pilot. Our shuttle will be back in operation on March 4^th to take passengers from the Seaplane Terminal to the Main Terminal of the Airport.

Departing Salt Spring Island..........................Check-in 30 min. prior.

All passengers are to check-in at the Salt Spring Air office located in Grace Point Square.

Departing Gulf Islands & Vancouver Island......Check-in 20 min. prior.

There is no change for passengers departing Outer Gulf Islands (excluding Salt Spring Island,) Maple Bay or Pat Bay.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled Service:  All scheduled flights will be non-refundable within 24hrs of departure time. If you cancel within 24 hours of departure time, you will forfeit 100% of the fare paid. No credits will be issued. If you wish to change a reservation, a $20.00 change fee will be applied. No changes allowed within 12 hours of departure time.

Charter Service: During this period we need a minimum of 12 hours notice to book a charter flight.

All charter flights will be non-refundable within 24 hrs of departure time.

Baggage: Baggage will no longer be restricted or screened for security purposes. There is a 25lb baggage allowance per person.
