Confirmation and Baggage
We will call you to confirm your flight 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. If you are unreachable by telephone within the 24 hours before your scheduled flight, we ask that you phone our office to confirm your flight no later then 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.

On scheduled service, each paying passenger is guaranteed 25 lbs (11.5kg) of luggage. If you will exceed the baggage allowance, you must let us know ahead of time in order to guarantee the excess baggage on the flight and an additional fee will be charged. For passengers carrying 26-75lbs a fee of $22.05 including taxes. For passengers carrying over 75lbs an additional seat fare for the applicable route will be charged. On our charter flights, there is more flexibility depending on the number of passengers and the aircraft. If you will be traveling with larger items such as golf clubs, baby strollers, car seats, extra large suitcases, or animals such as a dog or cat in a carrier, please advise the reservations agent at the time of booking. An additional fee will be charged for these items.
Check-in: Please check-in 20 minutes prior to departure for all flights.
Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge up to 24 hours prior to departure time and must be made by calling Salt Spring Air toll free 1-877-537-9880 or local 537-9880. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations and changes within the 24 hour period. Customers who do not show up for their flight will forfeit the fare paid.
